Venue

The workshop will be held at the National Institute for Japanese Language and Linguistics (NINJAL) in Tachikawa, Tokyo, Japan. For detailed information on how to get there, please see the travel and venue information on the website of the main conference.

Information for poster presenters

  • Posters will be displayed in the hallway outside the room in which the workshop takes place on the same poster boards that are used for the main conference.
  • The format of the poster boards is A0-landscape (118.9 cm wide and 84.1 cm high).
  • Posters should be put up late in the afternoon of July 27th, i.e. after the farewell session of the main conference (or in the morning of July 28th), so that audience members can be looking at the posters during registration and lunch as well as throughout the afternoon. During the poster session poster presenters should be available to interact with people at their posters.
