How to build up a Transcription File

A transcription file consists of a header and the transcribed dialogue which again is splitted in several turns. The turns are needed to show if the subject or the machine speaks. Header and transcript are separated by a blank line beginning with a semicolon. There is also a blank line inserted between each dialogue turn. The transcript is finished by the tag EOF; with the previous line blank again.
