Against the background of the breathtaking scenery of autumn
Venice the second annual meeting of the joint
Munich University/
Technical University
graduate program "Speech, facial expression, and gesture in
the context of technical information systems"
will be held on November 22nd and 23rd, 2002, on the small lagoon island
San Servolo, home of the
Venice International University.
Under the simple title
the international workshop on analysis, synthesis, and modelling of speech acoustics, articulation, and face motion, will confront presentations of five internationally renowned researchers with talks of four Ph.D. students from the graduate program.
The workshop is open for researchers and students interested in the topic who are willing to contribute to the discussions with comments and questions.
