Die
phonetische Grundlage des Lautwandels.
Dieses
Hauptseminar befasst sich mit
einer Analyse der phonetischen Basis einiger, sich in vielen Sprachen der Welt
wiederholenden Lautwandel. Im
ersten Teil werden einige grundlegende
artikulatorische und auditive Prinzipien dargestellt, die die allgemeine Verteilung und
Gestaltung der Sprachlaute erklŠren kšnnen.
Das
Hauptseminar wird zum gro§en Teil auf die Forschungsarbeiten in den letzten
vierzig Jahren von John Ohala aufgebaut.
